Automation Equipment Engineer

1. Mainly responsible for the maintenance of non-standard automation equipment, PLC programming assistance for new equipment, and improving the automation degree, efficiency qualification rate and safety of the production line; Develop and match non-standard tooling molds related to production, research and development, technology and testing;
2. Selection and procurement of electrical accessories and important auxiliary accessories for new equipment, tolerance design of non-standard tooling, outsourcing processing, progress tracking, assembly and debugging;
3. Repair and maintenance of electronic and electrical parts of automation equipment
4. Installation and commissioning of production equipment, preparation of IQ plans, reports, communication and development projects and tracking project progress.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/electrical/automation, more than 1 year related experience;
2. Strong communication skills, team spirit and innovation ability, with strong ability to resist pressure;
3. Experience in equipment maintenance and non-standard development is preferred.
Mechanical Design Engineer

Engaged in mechanical design engineer, mechanical professional. Familiar with electronic products, production of general equipment and process. Familiar with PCB board design software and skilled use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD and other mechanical design software. Can be engaged in structural design work.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design of mechanical processing and tool products, including external, internal structure and tooling design, so that the products meet the requirements of reliability, productivity, maintainability and cost.
2, according to the needs of the market and production, put forward the improvement plan for the product design and implement it in time.
3, the implementation of the product's structural parts of the reliability test, and do a good job of parts evaluation and verification work and product structure risk analysis.
4. Complete relevant design technical documents in time. 1. Be responsible for the mechanical structure design, drawing and sorting out the list of non-standard projects;
5. Be responsible for optimizing the mechanical structure of the previous project, putting forward standard opinions, and filing 3D changes and drawings;
6. Assist in electrical commissioning.
7. Be responsible for the standardization improvement of machines with standardized prospects, and make drawings and archives.
Product Development Engineer

2, familiar with plastic, hardware product structure and processing technology; familiar with plastic mold and metal mold structure development experience, understand follow-up review;

6.
