The hybrid force control of the electric push rod is perfect for the dimensional measurement of flexible workpieces such as food packaging. As far as possible, the flexible workpiece is pressed to the workpiece size without deformation.

Outer diameter measurement

When the formed workpiece passes through the detection table, the outer diameter data is read out to the upper computer such as PC or PLC by using the measurement mode of the electric clamping jaw, and the tolerance determination can be completed by itself.

Inner diameter measurement

Using the clamping mode, the inner diameter measurement is carried out by using the tolerance determination method by contacting the inner surface of the workpiece with the clamping jaw.
